Prixe Fixe Summer Fine Dining and Free Nights in Anguilla
(May 17) Anguilla’s acclaimed restaurateurs are putting a twist on Prix Fixe Summer with special prix fixe menus and free hotel nights.Guests will have the choice of $35 and $45 prix fixe pricing for three course dining. The $35 menu will be featured at the sophisticated West Indian Tasty’s, steak and seafood restaurant Roy’s Bayside Grill, English pub Ripples, Caribbean fusion restaurant E’s Oven and Chef Deon Thomas’ Kuyah. The $45 menu will be offered at Blanchards, Veya, Koal Keel, CuisinArt Resort & Spa’s Café Mediterreneo and The Old Caribe.
To sweeten the offer, many hotels are giving a complimentary two nights accommodations for seven-night stays. Participating properties include Malliouhana Resort & Spa, Cap Juluca, Paradise Cove Resort, Meads Bay Beach Villas, Spyglass Hill Villa, Temenos Villas, Anguilla Great House, Carimar Beach Club, Ku Resort, Eden House Vill and Rum Punch Villa. The following hotels are offering a “Stay for Four, Pay for Three” offer: Frangipani Beach Resort, Cap Juluca, Eden House Villa and Ambia Boutique Hotel.
