Rejuvenate at Caribbeans first Hotel, Bath Hotel, Hot Springs

(September 30) Rejuvenate at Nevis hot thermal springs, the site of the Caribbeans first hotel, the Bath Hotel.

The Bath Hotel opened for business in 1778 and welcomed famous guests including Samuel Taylor Coleridge and Prince William Henry.  Throughout the years, the site has suffered from intense hurricane and earthquake damage but local volunteers have helped to maintain the springs.  Today guests can enjoy the natural springs, which range from 104 to 108 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Bath Hotel building has been restored and is being used for government offices.  While in the area, visit nearby local attractions including the Nelson Museum at Belle Vue and Government House.

While in Charlestown, stay at the Mount Nevis Hotel and Beach Club, Montpelier Plantation Inn, Four Seasons Resort Nevis, West Indies or the Old Manor Hotel.
